His films include "Game of Death," "Young at Heart," "The Hindenburg," "The Elite Killer," and "They Shoot Horses, Don't They." His work on television includes "The Rogues." He shot and killed his fifth wife, German actress Kim Schmidt, after 3 weeks of marriage, then committed suicide.
