Ocie Trimble
Oakland (CNS) - Mrs. Ocie Jones Trimble, 88, of Oakland, died at 1:45 a.m. Friday (May 5, 1972) at her home.
She was born Aug. 12, 1883 in Vermilion County, the daughter of John and Mary Bostwick Jones. She married William I. Trimble Sept. 21, 1903. He preceded her in death April 22, 1960.
Survivors include: four sons, Herman of Newman, Harold of Hinsdboro, and Clyde and Bill, both of Oakland; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Hazel) East of Hindsboro and Mrs. Roy (Mildred) McQueen of Oakland. ; two sisers, Mrs. Coy Naylor of Cayuga, Ind. and Mrs. Cecil Ramsey of Haines City, Fla.; a brother Harry Jones of Lake Alfred, Fla., 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sudany at the Taber Funeral Home in Oakland. The Rev Harold Merritt will officiate with burial in Van Voorhis Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Saturday.
