DUNLAP, TN - Bobby Lebron "Bronnie" Hatfield, 70, died at his home Friday, November 5, 2010, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Bobby was a member of Church of Christ at Dunlap, TN. He played base in Bluegrass bands starting with Valley Grass Band and most recently with Muddy River Band.

Preceded in death by parents, Walter and Una Pope Hatfield.

Survived by wife, Carolyn Simmons Hatfield; sons, Terry Hatfield, Butch (Susie) Hatfield; daughter, Una (James) Debord, all of Dunlap, TN, Brenda (Harvey) Carter, Ten Mile, TN; brothers, Jimmy (Mary Ellen) Pope, Ruben (Ina Ruth) Pope, and Don (Delores) Pope, all of Dunlap, TN 10 grandchildren, Walter, Bryan, Derek, Ethan, Brandon, Aaron, Hubert, Brianna, Carson and Landon.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. CDT Sunday, November 7, 2010, in Ewton Funeral Home chapel with Brother Freddie Clayton officiating.

Burial in Pope Cemetery with grandchildren serving as pallbearers.
