Died in an accident with his second wife near Dale.

Son of Paul Richards, first Judge of Wyoming County.

Survived by the six children of his first marriage, Frank, John and Kate Richards and mrs. Ezra Lewis of Silver Springs, Carl Richards and Mrs. M.P. Calkins of Varysburgh, and Mrs. Fred Phelps of Perry.

Mrs. Richards will be buried by her first husband, Enos Baker.
