A funeral for Toni Marie Douglas, of Mountain Home will be 2 p.m. Monday at Mountain Home Church of Christ, College and North streets, with Minister Ken Burton officiating. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Baxter County Funeral Home and Cremation Society. Mrs. Douglas died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2003, at her home. She was 45.
She was born Nov. 1, 1957, at Joliet, Ill., to Arthur and Phyllis Johnson DeMarco. She married James Douglas Jr. Feb. 16, 1974, at Mountain Home. She was a licensed practical nurse for many years. Toni lived in the Mountain Home area for 31 years.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jim Douglas of the home; her mother, Phyllis DeMarco of Ohio; three sisters; and one brother. She was preceded in death by her two daughters, Tracy and Kimberly Douglas.
Burial will be at Douglas Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks or American Cancer Society. Arrangements are by Baxter County Funeral Home and Cremation Society.
