THE PARIS NEWS, Sunday, August 19, 1951: "Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Shady Grove for the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin L. Floyd., of Pattonville, who died at birth at 5 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Paris. The Rev. Hubert Cunningham of Park Hill, will officiate.
Survivors include, besides the parents, one brother, Larry Wayne and three grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A.D. Bishop, of Pattonville, and Earl Floyd, of Paris." Transcribed by Debra Usry.
