[Daily Times, Farmington, New Mexico, March 3, 1955 ] Jesse Fremont Bell Dies in Aztec. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday in the Methodist Church for Jesse Fremont Bell, 90 who died yesterday morning following several months illness. Bell was born in Hopkinton Iowa on September 3, 1864. He came to Aztec in a covered wagon about 1892 and has lived here since. He married Jennie Dickson on March 25, 1886.

His wife and one son Jesse, preceded him in death. He is survived by five daughters. Mrs. Sylvia Johnson, Atwater Minn.; Golden Bell Johnson, Los Angeles, Ruby Ann Smith, Los Angeles, Jenness Hannigan, Los Angeles, and Glee 0na also of Los Angeles; two sons Clyde and Ray both of Denver.

Pallbearers will be members of the 0dd Fellows. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. in the Aztec Methodist Church with Reverend Charles Fields as Pastor. Internment will be in the Aztec Cemetery. Cope Mortuary will be in charge. [0n Microfilm at San Juan College at the Library].
