Sandra Jane Hagen

July 25, 1944 - February 3, 2006

Sandra Jane Hagen, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2006. She fought a long and difficult battle against lymphoma with a courage and grace that was an inspiration to her entire family. She will be remembered by all who knew her for her compassionate nature and the gentle humor with which she viewed life. She was an avid gardener who could nourish the sickliest plant back to life and she thoroughly enjoyed time spent in the garden.

Sandra was the beloved wife of Kenneth Duane Hagen and mother of Michael Hagen and Kimberly Hagen and their respective spouses, Suzan Hagen and John Tyree. Devoted grandmother of Derek, Brianna, Tyler and Brandon Hagen and Johnny Tyree Jr. Adored sister of Barbara Gatto, Art Allen, Steve Allen and Sean McClure. Loving step-daughter of Thomas McClure. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at Lima Family Mortuary, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd., Fremont, CA. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 9, at the same location.

Next to her family, her greatest love was of animals, especially those in need of rescuing and to honor that love, the family requests that in lieu of flowers donations to be sent to NARF, PO BOX 26587, San Jose, CA 95159.
