Cindy grew up in Lebanon, Missouri, and was a graduate of the Lebanon High School Class of 1971. She attended Southwest Missouri State University and in 1975 she received her Registered Nursing Degree from St. Mary's School of Nursing. She had worked at the Breech Medical Center in Lebanon for a while, but for the last ten years she had been a dedicated member of the nursing staff of St. John's Regional Health Center, Springfield, Missouri. She was christened in 1953 and confirmed into membership with First Congregational Church of Lebanon in 1967. She had maintained her membership there throughout the years.

Cindy was a loving wife to her husband, a caring step-mother to Missy, a treasure to her parents and sister, a devoted godmother to her niece and nephew, Danelle and Chad, and a dedicated nurse by all patients and fellow workers. Cindy will be fondly remembered by all those lives she has touched.

Services for Cynthia Lee Sizemore were held Thursday, January 18 with Chaplain Ron Arell officiating. Music was provided by Mr. Terry Tapp, vocalist and Mrs. Willa Faye Viele, organist. Interment was in Mount Rose Memorial Park under the direction of Holman Funeral Chapel.
