Mrs. Odell Downum Smotherman
Graveside services for Mrs. Odell Downum Smotherman, 81, of 415 Tyne Ave., who died Sunday of a heart attack, will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. John Mark Williams Officiating.
Mrs. Smotherman will be at Woodfin Memorial Chapel until service time.
She is survived by a son, Larry Smotherman of Blackman community; two daughters, Mrs. Guy James of Sharpsville community, Mrs. Marvin Lea of Jefferson City; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church and the wife of the late Lillard H. Smotherman who died in 1967.
Pallbearers will be Donald Bagley, Johnny Riggs, Frank Burt, Craig Snell, Richard Johns, E.E. Miller, Jr., Andrew Jarratt, Joe Harrison, Duncan Smith, Granville Bouldin, Allen Prince, Jack Harney, Pluck Miller and James Williams.
