Albert M. Deal

Funeral services for Albert M. Deal, 54, who died Wednesday night at his residence, 202 1/2 West Forty-fourth Street, will be held today at 3 p.m. at the Bloomingdale Methodist Church, conducted by the Rev. C. L. Neese, pastor.

Burial will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery where Masonic services will be held at the graveside.

A member of the Bloomingdale Methodist Church, he was also a member of Richard C. Turner Lodge, F. & A.M.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Viola H. Deal, Savannah; three sons, Aubrey M. Deal, Hinesville, James D, Deal, Bloomingdale; William D. Deal, U.S.N., Charleston, S.C.; one daughter, Mrs. M. C. Jones, Savannah; five grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Florence Deal, Statesboro, three brothers, Horace Deal, Jr., Inman Deal and Harvey Deal, all of Statesboro; ten sisters, Mrs. Gertrude McAlhany, Vidalia; Mrs. Pearl Cannon, Statesboro; Mrs. Bernice Lee Moore, Savannah; Mrs. Samuel L. Carroll, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Mrs. Eliza Bryant, Danville, Ga.; Mrs. Hollis Kitchens, Langley, S.C.; Mrs. Oscar Williams, Aiken, S.C.; Mrs. George Benson, Gloverville, S.C.; Mrs. Claude Kersey, Halcyondale, Ga.; Mrs. Elton Kennedy, Savannah; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be B. U. Douglas, T. Elmo Douglas, R. Harmon Waller, J. J. Williams, J. L. Barnes and H. R. Shearouse.

The body will remain at the chapel of Fox and Weeks until time for services.
