Emma Grace Patton Ausburn, 68, wife of Thomas Randall Ausburn, of 103 Roe Road, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004.

Mrs. Ausburn was a native of Greenville County, a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Minnie McKee Patton.

Mrs. Ausburn was a lifelong church musician presently serving at Mt. Airy Baptist Church where she was a member. She also served for many years as the Kindergarten Director for Siloam Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a son, Tommy Ausburn and his wife Theresa of Piedmont; a daughter, Traci Cantu and her husband Joel of Powdersville; sister, Virginia Heaton of Greenville; and eight grandchildren, Chris, Nicole, Maria, Amber, Karleigh, Alex, Ryan and Whitney.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mt. Airy Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.

The body is at Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 today, and will be placed in the church at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service.

The family will be at the home of Pat Ausburn, 500 Timms Road, Piedmont. Memorials may be made to Mt. Airy Baptist Church, 210 Mt. Airy Church Road.

Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road is assisting the family with arrangements.
