Funeral services were held on June 7 for Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Tittsworth, 87, resident of the Buckner's Chapel community near Smithville.
The Rev. Stuart Nunnally conducted the services at Buckner's Chapel and burial was in Whorton Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Tittsworth, a native of Dekalb County, died on June 5 after a long illness.
She was a Methodist.
Survivors include three sons, Lem Tittsworth of Santa Maria, Calif., J. M. Tittsworth of Morrison and George Tittsworth of Baxter; three daughters, Mrs. Elbridge Puckett and Mrs. Vester Parsley of Smithville and Mrs. Aubrey Hill of Detroit; 25 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren.
