LaFollette, founder of LaFollette, organizer of the old LaFollette, Coal, Iron, and Railway, Co. and pioneer business man, died in Spokane, Wash, last Wednesday according to meager details reaching here. G.A. LaFollette, brother of the founder, was at Mr. LaFollette's bedside at the time of death.
Mr. LaFollette came to Campbell County more than fifty years ago. He builded the pioneer business here and laid the foundation for the present town. He had been away from LaFollette for many years."
Mr. LaFollette has a cenotaph in Woodlawn Cemetery.
