She nurtured her children, instilled a love of music in them, and was very proud of and supportive of their individual talents. She was a member of the Cedarville Community Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary 7888, and Modoc County CowBelles, later named Modoc County CattleWomen.
She is survived by her husband, six children,16 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and two sisters. She was the youngest child of William and Ida Milliron, formerly of Perry, OK, and was preceded in death by one sister and four older brothers. Memorial donations may be made to the Community Church in Cedarville. Services were under the direction of Kerr Mortuary. [Modoc County Record]
