Judith Dianne Burt, 37, Clay City, died in the Clay County Hospital in Flora.

Mrs. Burt was born June 7, 1946 in Clay City, the daughter of Gilbert E. and Eleanor Shipman Hale. She married Ronald Burt May 29, 1965 in Flora and he survives.

She was a member of the Mt. Zion Methodist Church.

Other survivors include a daughter, Kim, at home; two brothers, Gilbert D. Hale and Donald E. Hale; her mother, Mrs. Eleanor Hale; three sisters, Mrs. Barbara Jean Murbarger, Mrs. Betty Jeane Devlin, and Mrs. June Kuenstler.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Funeral services were held in the Hosselton, Bookhout, Englemeier Funeral Home in Clay City with Rev. Arthur Warren Phillips presiding.

Burial was in Bunker Cemetery near Rinard.
