Lorna L Goetsch, age 91, of Reedsburg, died on Saturday, Jan 1, 2011 in the Reedsburg Area Medical Center. She was born on Nov 4, 1919 in Loganville, the daughter of Lucas and Marie (Schrank) Muchow.

On Sept 20, 1942 she was married to Edmund O Goetsch at St Peter's Lutheran Church in Loganville. Lorna was a faithful member of St Paul's Lutheran Church in Hillpoint and the Ladies Aid. She enjoyed her flowers, gardening and spending time with her family.

She was preceded indeath by her son-in-law, Dexter Smith; a step-granddaughter; three brothers, Leonard, Lavern and Melvin (Nina) Muchow; two sisters, Eleanor (Hubert) Meyer and DeLores Brandt; and a sister-in-law, Margaret (Harold) Erdman.

Survivors include her husband, Edmund; three children, Sandra Smith of Palatine, IL, Michael (Mariane) of Hillpointand Marsha (Daniel) Hillcoat of Reedsburg; four grandchildren, Nicholas (Sarah) Goetsch, Michele (Nic) Woolever, Tyler Emerson and Amber Emerson; five step-grandchildren, Jamie (Kevyn) Ziemann, Gena Hillcoat, Him Hillcoat, Bradford (Laura) Smith and Glen (Carole) Smith; three great-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren; one brother, Gilbert (Arleda) Muchow of Reedsburg; two sisters, Elva (Ewald) Gluth of Loganvile and Marcella (Arend) Harms of Reedsburg; two sisters-in-law, Estella Muchow of Hillpoint and Myrtle Muchow of Reedsburg; a brother-in-law, Melvin Brandt of Baraboo; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Interment will be in St Paul's Cemetery.
