Marjorie Schow Merrill Fonnesbeck Brown
Marjorie was born in Logan, Utah, the second child of Elmer Justin Merrill and Nettie Rosina Schow. She attended grade schools in Richmond, Utah and graduated from the Western High School, in Washington, D.C. in June of 1929. She attended Henniger Business College in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She married Max M. Fonnesbeck in Utah County, Utah, on November 4, 1931. One child, Elmer Merrill Fonnesbeck. Marjorie and Max were divorced in January of 1936.
Marjorie worked for the Utah State Department of Public Instruction; in the office of the Cache Valley Banking Co.; and the Soil Conservation Service, U.S. Dept of Agriculture in Salt Lake City.
Married Orin D. Brown on October 8, 1938 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They lived in Lithonia, Georgia. They had two children, Doris Brown Bell, and George Brown. They later divorced.
Preceded in death by her parents, brother, son "Mel", first husband, and great-grandson: Jeffrey Blackhurst.
