Nazaire's wife was Mary Louisa Stan(n)ard 1827-1921. Nazaire was brother to Pierre Peter DeMars. The both were born in Marieville, Quebec, moved to Vermont, and from there to Norfolk, CT. Peter continued on after the death of his first wife, and settled in Winsted, and is buried there in Forest View Cemetery.
