Born July 20, 1921 in Sheshequin, Pennsylvania; died October 22, 2010 in Ocala, Florida.

Survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Frances of Belleview, FL; children, Maryann Foster of Harrison, OH, Janet Maynard of Independence, KY, Matt Frutchey of Independence, KY, Ron Bellis of Orlando, FL, Lori Bellis of Albertville, AL, Damon Bellis of Orlando, FL, John Bacon of Murfreesboro, TN, and James Bacon of Belleview, FL; sister, Pearl Conklin of Elmira, NY; 19 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Alonzo Frutchey, and Lillie O'Connor; siblings, Alberta, Carl, Charles, Betty, and three step-brothers and sisters; great-grandson, Louis Cole.

Celebration of life will be Monday, October 25, 2010 6:PM HIERS-BAXLEY FUNERAL SERVICES, 352-245-2424. Memorial contributions may be given to the Salvation Army. Sentiments may be left online at www.hiers-baxley.com.
