She was born Nov. 21, 1930, at Joplin, Va., to Emery and Bertha Jones Abel. She married Grady Voyles in Alexandria, Va., in 1952.
Surviving the husband, of Atlanta, Ga.; daughter, Ann Engstrom, Burlington; three brothers, Verne Abel, Springfield, Mo., and James and Bruce Abel, both of Ft. Madison; two sisters, Gloria Adams, Columbia, Texas, and Edna Rhoer, Ft. Madison; and two grandchildren.
