Hilda V. Wyatt, 92, died Wednesday, October 17, 2001.
A native of Gloucester, she had been a Peninsula resident for 71 years. She was a member of Warwick United Church of Christ.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Debra Mackey and her husband, Walter, of Newport News and Hugh Wyatt and his wife, Tammy, of Manassas; her great-granddaughter, Morgan M. Wyatt of Manassas; her son-in-law, George Wyatt Jr. of Newport News; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at Peninsula Funeral Home. A graveside service will be conducted 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Peninsula Memorial Park by Pastor Michael Christensen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 5340 Center Drive, York Building, Suite 129, Norfolk, VA 23502.
