Charles A. Waters, colored, died at his home at 5 a.m. Tuesday at his home near Walkersville, aged 64 years and 5 months. His death was the result of heart trouble, of which he had been complaining since Sunday.
For twenty years he had been in the employ of the Green family, near Walkersville, first by Harry and the late William Green, and later by their sons. He was an industrious and faithful servant.
He had 5 grandchildren at the time of his death. Funeral arranged by the G. C. Barton Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. James Butler.
