She is shown in both documents as Mrs. Myrtle Cummings, this was at least her second marriage, we have never discovered her maiden name. She was born 16 May 1884 at Jefferson, Marion Co., OR and married 8 October 1934 at Stevenson, Skamania Co., WA. She died 4 March 1961. He was born 29 August 1883 at Independence, Polk Co., OR and died 27 May 1964 probably in Salem, Marion Co., OR. He resided in Independence all of his life and owned, managed and operated the theater there.
