Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock over the remains of Mrs. Elizabeth Kirkwood, the funeral taking place at the late residence, 729 Hamilton street.
Rev. Wilson Bentley, pastor of the Primitive Methodist church, officiated, and spoke in terms of tenderness of the life of the deceased. Music was rendered by the choir of the Primitive Methodist church, several selections being sung.
The interment was at Savannah cemetery, and the pallbearers, grandsons of the deceased, were William, Roy, George and Harry Kirkwood, Daniel and Charles Snyder.
