He was born in Denver, May 23, 1902, a son of George Noble and Elizabeth Gallunt Parents. Mr. Parents came to Salt Lake City in 1905.
He married Beatrice Snarr in Salt Lake City, Oct. 9, 1922, An active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Mr. Parents was president of the Mutual Improvement Assn. of the Liberty L D S Ward, a member of the Liberty Stake board, an Aaronlc Priesthood leader and
a scoutmaster.
He was an independent roofing contractor,
Surviving are his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Beverly Rice; and his mother, all of Salt Lake City; three sisters, Mrs, Lily Cowdin, Clearflield; Mrs. Georgia Ledingham, Bountiful, and Mrs. Edna Hartman, Salt Lake City.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. at 36 East 7th South by L. J. Oborn. bishop of the Liberty L D 8 Ward. Friends may call Thursday at the place of funeral until time of services, Burial will be in the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
