Funeral services held Thursday (today) at 2 P.M. in the Curry Funeral Home chapel here. Burial at Star Valley cemetery.
He was born August 25, 1883 in Kansas, the son of William I. and Virginia Barnard Long. He came with his parents from Laycigne, Kansas to Lincoln County in 1893. Long had been employed as a welder and carpenter. He was a member of the Christian Church and the Odd Fellows Lodge.
Survivors are two brothers, Harry Long of Stroud and Earl Long of Oklahoma City.
