Mrs. Burzely Johnson, wife of
A. W. Johnson, died at their
home on South Main street Oct.
19th. Deceased was the mother
of fourteen children, eight of
whom are living. She was forty
one years, two months and sixteen
days old at the time of her
death. She said on her death
bed that she was ready and willing
to die at any time if the 'Lord
saw fit to call her away.' Mrs.
Johnson was a kind hearted woman
and made friends of all
whom she met. Her husband
wishes to thank her many lady
friends and neighbors who were
so kind and good to her during
her sickness and may God shower
his blessings on them is his
prayer.
