PRICE--Royal Swasey Jr. age, 82, died in Price, Utah on Aug. 22, 1999.

He was a life resident of Carbon and Emery counties. He retired in 1979 from the US Forest Service, and was an active member of the LDS Church. He was an Army Veteran
of World War II and a member of American Legion and C.C.C.'s. He loved outdoors, fixing things, reading, and mostly his family.

Survived by his wife of 53 years, Anna Swasey of Ferron; also two sons, Newton Carleton, of Enoch; R. Wayne of
Taylorsville; four daughters, Marian Bowie of Canada; Annette Cook and Frances Swasey of Huntington; Beverly Fryer of East Carbon; two brothers, Glenn and Monte; 27 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and three sisters.

Visitation will be held Tues. evening for 7-9 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary in Castle Dale. Services will be at 1 p.m., Wed. at the Huntington LDS Ward Chapel at 115 So. 4th East, with a visit one hour prior to services. Interment to follow in Ferron City Cemetery.

Fausett Mortuary is handling the arrangements.
