Harold A. Robertson, 72, 1417 Cooley, died at 12:30 a.m. today in St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.

A tester for the lab at Phillips Petroleum Company, he was a native of Throckmorton, Texas, and a Borger resident since 1945. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army in World War II and a member of First United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Jeri, of the home; one son, Larry Don Robertson, Broken Arrow, Okla.; a daughter, Janie Butler of Broken Arrow; three brothers, Chandice Robertson, Albuquerque, N.M., C.D. Robertson, Los Alamos, N.M., and Douglas Robertson, Shamrock; two sisters, Clarice Newkirk, Shamrock, and Norma Fulton, Dallas, and four grandchildren.

Services are pending and will be announced by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Funeral services for Harold Robertson will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Glenneth Harrington, pastor, and Rev. Lyman Paul Wood, pastor, First United Methodist Church, Brownfield.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
