Paul was born in Caernarvon Township to Eli M and Blanche (Storey) Good. He worked as a bricklayer until retiring in 1985. He had been a member of Trinity EC Church in Terre Hill; and a veteran of World War II, serving in the US Army Air Corps. Survivors included his wife, two sons, one daughter, seven grandchildren, five brothers, and five sisters.
