Mrs. Tofpi, 90, Dies; Services Thursday
Mrs. Olant Tofpi, 90 years old, died Wednesday morning at the home of her son, Carl Tofpi, six miles southeast of Carnegie after an illness of three weeks. She had made her home with her son for the past 10 years.
She was born in this community and lived here all of her life. Her husband died Feb. 17, 1927. She was a member of the Cedar Creek Methodist church.
Arrangements are in charge of Pitcher's funeral home. Services will be in the Cedar Creek church at 2 p.m. Thursday and burial will be in the Cedar Creek cemetery. Rev. George Kauyedauty will preach the sermon.
Survivors are three sons, Carl, Rogers and Ned, and a daughter, Anna Tofpi, all of this community, and a sister, Tauman, Gotebo.
