"Vito Bertucci Died on Friday
Vito Bertucci, 58, of Eveleth, died early Friday evening of last week at the More hospital following a brief illness. Mr. Bertucci was a member of the Italian-American lodge, the Italian-American club and the local CIO, all of Eveleth. He had been a resident of Eveleth for the last 41 years.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; two daughters, Mrs. John Prebeg and Mrs. John Capan, both of Eveleth; two sons, Bruno, of Seattle, and Anthony, Virginia; one brother, Anton, Chicago; three sisters, Mrs. Rizzio, Italy, Mrs. Mary Bertucci, Tacoma, Washington, and Mrs. Catherine Tassone, Detroit, and ten grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements were made by the Graham Funeral Home of Eveleth. Rites were held Tuesday morning at 8:30 at the Graham Funeral Home and at 9 o'clock at the Immaculate Conception church with Fr. Julio Gragnani officiating. Mr. Bertucci was buried in the family plot in the Eveleth cemetery.
Recitation of the rosary was on Monday evening at 7:30 o'clock at the funeral home."
