Lexington- Paul Thaxton, 75, Route !, died Wednesday, March 11.
A native of Oglethorpe County, he was the son of the late Henry and Judson Wynne Thaxton. He was a member of Rock Methodist Church and was a retired school bus driver.
The Funeral will be Friday at 3.pm. at. Oglethorpe Funeral Home with The Revs. Harold Vaughn and Elmer Boggs officiating. Burial will be in Wynn-Thaxton Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife Mrs. Laura C. Thaxton; Two Sisters, Mrs. Charlie Escoe, Colbert, and Mrs Julia Young, Stephens. three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews
