Obituary.

Died at her home in Brookfield, March 9, 1889, Sarah T. Schenck,wife of John Schenck. She was born March 4, 1861, therefore 28 years and 5 days old at the time of her death. She gave her heart to the Saviour when she was very young, at a meeting conducted by Elder J. N. Wright and his brother Joe Wright, at Concord church, in this county. She was faithful until death. Mrs. Schenck was the daughter of B. H. and Martha Gilstrap, who are well known in this county. The deceased leaves her husband and three little girls, father, mother, sisters and brothers to mourn her loss. The funeral rites were observed at Concord church on the 10th inst.,conducted by the writer, in the presence of a large audience. The body was then born to its last resting place in Concord cemetery.
