Camille Gregory Jones, 92, died October 19, 2010, at home in Senatobia.
Services are at 2 p.m. Thursday October 21, at First Baptist Church in Senatobia where she was an active member for 80 years.
Visitation is Thursday from 12:30 to service time at the church's welcome center. Burial will follow at Bethesda Cemetery.
She was a lifelong resident of Senatobia and a 1939 graduate of Blue Mountain College where she served on the Board of Trustees for 5 years. She was a charter member of Back Acres Country Club and an avid golfer, charter member of Magnolia Garden Club, and former member of Senatobia Culture Club. She was a true Miss. State Bulldog fan seldom missing a game on radio or tv.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David E. Jones; brother, Thomas N. Gregory; and parents, Eugene and Mildred Lassiter Gregory.
She is survived by two daughters, Pamela Edmondson of Senatobia, and Mary Leta Tigrett (Phil) of Madison, MS; four grandchildren, Greg Edmondson (Bobbie) of Arlington, TN, Anna Martin (Justin) of Bozeman, MT, Julie Tigrett and David Tigrett of Madison, MS; and two great grandchildren, Haylee and Ryan Edmondson.
