I, Woodson Ramsey of the County of Franklin and state of Virginia do hereby make my last will and testament in the manner and form following (that is to say):

After her death, I give and bequeath to my son, Daniel M. Ramsey, and my grandchild Sarah Young, a certain tract of land supposed to contain two hundred acres more or less on which the said Daniel now lives to be divided between them and Sarah Young the other part.

I also give my son Daniel one mare, one heifer, one sow and pigs and two sheep which he already has.

I give to my son, Woodson Ramsey, sixty-seven acres of land to be laid off to him where he now lives and one horse, one cow and calf, and two sheep which he already has.

I give to David Good one dollar.

I give to my grandchild, Charity Ann Ramsey, sixty-seven acres of land laid off to her by survey 5th lot and one bed.
