Bob was born in Waco, Texas, to the late Clarence J. Sr. and Gladys Mae (Alvis) McCauley. He was employed by the U.S. Postal Service, retiring after 35 years, and was employed with the City of Woodway at the time of his death. He will be remembered most for his generosity, honesty, false teeth, prosthetic leg, and unique sense of humor.
Bob was preceded in death by a brother, James Harvey McCauley.
Those left behind to cherish Bob's memory are his life partner, Marianne Johnston; children, Catherine Christine McCauley, Colan Robert McCauley Jr., and Christopher Dwayne McCauley and wife, Sheri; grandson, Jacoby Christopher McCauley; brothers, Clarence McCauley Jr. and wife, Jewel, Donald Ray McCauley and wife, Wanda, and Gerald Wayne McCauley and wife, Beverly; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
