There was a gas station called Otis Gas outside of Chaffee, MO where Freddie lived. Otis Smith always made sure everyone in town would tell him when they saw Freddie and where he was. He would then tell Freddie that he knew where he was at all times. lol Causing Freddie to wonder how he knew.
