Raoul E. Pilon, 75, of 43 Eureka St., died Thursday night in Mercy Hospital. He was born in Prescott, Province of Quebec, Canada, Oct. 27, 1892, and had been a resident of this city for the past 46 years. He was a self-employed mason contractor for many years and was also employed at savage Arms Co. from 1941 to 1953. Mr. Pilon was a communicant of St. Mary's Church. Besides his widow, Mrs. Edith (Gonyea) Pilon, he leaves four sons, Lionel J. of Wilbraham, Coral E. of Ludlow and Philip and Leon, both of this city; two daughters, Miss Flora Pilon at home and Mrs. Freida Midura of this city and one brother, Oliver of this city. The funeral will be held at Ratell Funeral Home, Monday at 9 a.m. with a requiem high Mass in St. Mary's Church at 10. Burial will be in St. Aloysius Cemetery. Visiting hours today and Sunday are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
