Genevieve moved to Dunedin Florida in 1980 from Methuen MA. She graduated from the University of Connecticut and Hillyer College, Hartford Connecticut. She taught public school for several years in Methuen MA, worked for 12 years in Manchester Connecticut, as a reading consultant and was a certified psychological examiner to administer the Stanford-Binet and Wechsler intelligence tests. She coauthored four primary reading labs of the Science Research Associates and worked there as a reading consultant. She was a Marine Corps Reserve Veteran of World War II and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Dunedin.
She died at age 95 at Mease Continuing Care in Methuen MA.
