Fairview - Bertha Lampley Sullivan, 92, an instructor in theWaves Inc. program, died Monday in Fairview. Born in Williamson County on June 20, 1909, she was the daughter of the late Cleve and Rosie Lankford Lampley.Sullivan was a member of the Old New Hope Baptist Church in Fairview.She is preceded in death by her husband, Zebe Sullivan; a son, Bernice Sullivan; a daughter, Elise Sullivan, and three grandchildren, Wayne, Beverly and Debra Sullivan. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Ewin and Ruth Sullivan and Wilson and Rita Sullivan, all of Fairview; daughter and son-in-law Catherine and Bill Jones, Fairview; grandchildren Brandon (Jennifer), Britt, Angela, Barry (Melanie), Brian (Tamara), Benny (Kim), Ronnie (Susan), Mark (Barbara) and Kelvin (Phyllis) Sullivan, Donna (Ricky) Bowen, Jan (Bill) Neser, and Linda (Jerry) Taylor; 19 great-grandchildren and six great grandchildren; loving caretaker Hazel Waller; many nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law Hazel Lampley, Fairview.Funeral services were held Wednesday with burial following in Sullivan Cemetery on Old Cox Pike. Travis Taylor and Leonard Owens officiated the service. Dickson Funeral Home, Fairview Chapel, handled arrangements.
