Silas Burrell b. 31 Dec 1789 was of Ulster, Bradford County, Pennsylvania when he m. 31 Dec 1812 in Sheshequin, by Justice Samuel Gore, Sarah Granger, also of Ulster, b. 25 May 1790 Suffield, Hartford County, Connecticut daughter of Elijah Granger and Mary King.
Silas died in White County and is buried with Sarah in Burrell Park Cemetery. 1870 mortality schedule relates he d. April, age 75, married, pneumonia. His marker states born Otsego County, New York, however in both the 1850 and 1860 census enumerations Silas stated he was born in Massachusetts, the marker presumably erected after his death. No marker presently exists for Sarah. No probate file exists for Silas or Sarah.
