WHEATFIELD -- Mrs. Mary Hale, 93, a homemaker, died at 3:30 a.m. Sunday in her home at Route 2, Wheatfield. She had been ill two weeks.
Mrs. Hale was born and educated in McGoffin County, Ky., and came to Jasper County in 1925.
Her marriage was in 1915, in Prestonsburg, Ky., to Hargus Hale. He died Sept. 6, 1975.
Mrs. Hale was a member of Wheatfield United Baptist Church.
She is survived by a son, William Hale of Hobart; two daughters, Mrs. Eugene (Maude) Wayne of Wheatfield and Mrs. Marvin (Minerva) Issacson of Dalton, Ill.; two brothers, Boone and James Arnett, both of Portsmouth, Ohio; and three sisters, Mrs. Nora Allen of Salyersville, Ky., and Mrs. Stella Shepherd and Mrs. Edward (Florence) Fitzpatrick, both of West Prestonsburg, Ky.
