John w. Elliott, 62, of Punta Gorda, Fla., formerly of Ainsworth and Iowa City, died of emphysema July 11 in his home. the body was cremated; no memorial services are planned. A private burial will be held at a later date in Ainsworth Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara; two daughters, Patricia Dallmann of North Wales, Pa., and Susan Fraser of Oscoda, Mich; his mother, Maxine Elliott Schnoebelen of Riverside; a sister, Pat Roberts of Ainsworth; and a brother, bob of Iowa city.
