Eldest child and first daughter born to Peter & Hester ( Saffer / Saffron) Lynch during the revolutionary years in the Shenandoah Valley of the Old Virginia Commonwealth. She was the second wife to Henry Runyan. After their marriage in the 1797, they traveled west from Virginia (West) and settled in Warren & Brown counties a little east of Cincinnati, Ohio.
