Services for retired Sgt. 1st Class Theresa Marie Mello, 73, of Killeen will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home Chapel in Killeen.
The body will be cremated.
Sgt. 1st Class Mello died Aug. 23, 2004, in Temple.
She was born Oct. 29, 1930, in Hollister, Calif.
Sgt. 1st Class Mello retired from the U.S. Army after 21 years of service. Among her awards and decorations were the Good Conduct Medal seventh award, the National Defense Service Medal and the Overseas Service Ribbon.
Sgt. 1st Class Mello has lived in Killeen since 1975 and was of the Catholic faith.
She is survived by a brother, Henry J. Mello of Hollister.
