Jesse H. Thompson, 74, died Monday morning, October 4, in Abingdon hospital.
He is survived by his widow and five children, Mrs. W. A. Mays, Appomattox, Va.; Mrs. A. C. Parson, Mrs. E. E. Cole, J. A. and S. D. Thompson, all of Marion.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, October 5 at 2:30 at Rolling Creek Church by Rev. Will Handy. Burial was in West Cemetery.
