Jerry Lacey Frazier, age 76, of Plainfield, IL and formerly of Lansing, passed away Tuesday October 12, 2010 at his home.
He was born July 6, 1934 in Mt. Vernon, IL.
Mr. Frazier was a member of Who's Who in Education and the Indiana High School Hall of Fame. He coached hundreds of young men in tennis, baseball and basketball. He was also a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Judith nee Lyle Frazier; three children: Jodi Lynn (Robert) Dirth, Jonna Leigh (Milan) Gajda and Joseph Lyle Frazier; and six grandchildren: James, Anna, Sam, Abigail, Kyle and Deacon.
A memorial service will be held Monday, October 18, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Beidelman- Kunsch Funeral Home, 24021 Royal Worlington Dr. (Rt. 59), Naperville, IL.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 17, 2010 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Private interment will take place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. Memorial's in his name may be made to the Heritage YMCA, Naperville, IL Strong Kids Campaign. Info: (630) 922-9630.
