Harold Allen Adamson, 88, of Frost passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2006, in Navarro County.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Griffin-Roughton Chapel in Blooming Grove.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Griffin-Roughton Chapel in Blooming Grove with the Rev. David Snyder officiating. Interment will follow at Dresden Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Hux, Leroy Snyder, Billy Bell, Steve Wallace, Bruce Votolota, R.B. Wallace and Ronnie Ansley.
Mr. Adamson was born July 28, 1917, in Holbrook, Neb., to George W. Adamson and Rachel Pierson Adamson. He was a welder.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Myra E. Adamson in 1999.
Survivors include his sons, Harold Lee Adamson of Frost and Bob Adamson of Milford; daughters, Carol Martin of Streetman and Diann Norris of Frost; 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
The family wants to say thank you to Cedar Lake Hospice.
